1. Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must ensure that the delivery address is correct and complete. HerbalDrogist is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned or needs to be resent due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the additional shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers are responsible for collecting parcels within the time frame set by the courier. Uncollected parcels may be returned or lost. HerbalDrogist is not liable for these costs.
- After the Track & Trace code has been shared, the customer is responsible for monitoring the delivery and taking timely action with the carrier in case of problems or delays during the transport process.
4. Return & Reshipping Fees

Parcels not collected, incorrectly addressed, or refused will be returned. A return handling fee of €4.95 will be charged.

If the order needs to be resent, the reshipping costs must be paid by the customer.

You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
Returns & Warranty
1. Right of Withdrawal and Return Period

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason.

After your cancellation notice, you have a maximum of 14 days to return the product.

If the product does not reach our return address within 14 days after your cancellation notice, the return will not be accepted.

Once the statutory withdrawal period has expired, your right to return ends.
2. Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned in their original packaging and with all accessories included.

You may only handle the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe packaging to prevent damage during return shipment.

Once we receive the returned item, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
3. Customer Obligations

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If the return is sent postage due (unpaid), an additional €12.50 handling fee will be charged.

The customer is responsible for proper and safe packaging of the products.
4. Refunds

Only the product price will be refunded.

Shipping costs paid at the time of order or for the return shipment are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Products
The following products cannot be returned:

Products beyond the 14-day return period

Used, opened, or damaged products

Sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (if the seal has been broken)

Products purchased with discount vouchers or gift cards
If such products are returned, they will not be processed and will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
6. Warranty & Defective Products
