Applications:

Add a drop to your toothpaste to cleanse teeth and gums.

Add a drop to two ounces of water and gargle for a soothing effect.

Directions for Use:

Diffusion: Use three to four drops in your diffuser of choice.

Internal Use: Dilute 1-2 drops in 120 ml of liquid.

Topical Use: Dilute 1 drop of essential oil with 10 drops of carrier oil. See additional precautions below.
